In Luke chapter 12, Jesus tells the Parable of the Rich Fool to warn us against the dangers of greed. We see that greed is something we are all vulnerable to, regardless of whether we are rich or poor. God wants us to bless others with the surplus of what He has blessed us with. Jesus goes on to reassure us that God knows what we need and He is ready to supply our needs, we should therefore be free from anxiety or worry.
