This is the second week of Advent, when we light the Peace candle. Peace is the absence of sin and evil. Our peace is a supernatural peace given to us by Jesus Himself. In John 14:27, Jesus says “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
