Good morning church family,
One of the secrets to resilience in the Christian walk is to hold onto the fact that God is a faithful God. Psalm 108:4-5 says; “For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.” He is faithful even when we are faithless. He is a God who is unchanging, who He is, is who He is. We humans are in a constant state of flux within our nature that is why we need God to be our solid foundation.
So when we face things that are difficult it is important to remind ourselves not that we need to be strong but that we need to believe in a faithful God who will see us through. God is the solid rock on which we can stand.
