Good afternoon Church family,
I am so looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday! Psalm 106:47 says “Save us, Lord our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.” This was the kind of prayer we were praying before we all went into lockdown. Just out on the news: New Zealand has had a week of zero cases and only one active case remains!!! Praise God!
We have much to thank God for. As part of our service this Sunday we will have a time of thanksgiving to God for He is worthy of our praise. We will then pray for the families who have lost loved ones and for the rest of the world as it still battles against this invisible enemy. Thank you Lord for the great gift and privilege we will have this Sunday of returning to your house to worship together again. Lord we lift our thanks and praise to you!
