Good afternoon Church Family
Today I was reading Psalm 34 and verse 7 stood out for me, it says “The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.” I wonder how often we fail to remember that there is an army behind us in the spiritual realm that is protecting us in the physical. How might that change how we think and feel as we face various things throughout life? Would it make us more confident and less afraid to keep this in mind? The word encamp there is special too, when you encamp it means you come to reside or dwelling in that place with the aim of being there for quite some time. Those who belong to God are never alone, The Holy Spirit and God’s Angel come to be with us. It’s like having your own personal team of “Avengers” behind you. How lucky are we to have a God who goes to great lengths to be right beside us. May this encourage you today!
