Hi Church family,
One important characteristic that we need to develop and hold onto in our faith journeys is perseverance. Often God’s timing is not necessary our timing. One thing to remember is that God never stops working out His will and will succeed in His plan for His Kingdom. It is as if the fruit is already in the ground and He asks us to be patient. In Galatians 6:9 Paul says “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
If you find yourself in a season of hard perseverance be encouraged. James the brother of Christ says “Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James 1:4 NIV
