Good morning church family,
I hope you are staying dry in this weather. The thing I love about the rain is when it is over you often get to see a rainbow if you are lucky. Such a wonderful and tangible reminder of God’s promise. “I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.” Genesis 9:13 NIV
I have a friend who’s family look out for rainbows particularly when times are tough. They have amassed quite a collection of photographs. During one of the hardest times of my life she sent me a picture of one and told me she had claimed it for me. I have always appreciated the gesture.
If times are tough, be sure to look to the promises of God, read them, memorize them, they will get you through.
